The mother of all "vintage" Mainship projects! Replacing the core in the fly bridge of a Mainship 34 is a big project.  The best way to take the plunge is to get a game plan together, get the materials lined up mainly what core material you will use and the epoxy and figure out the area you want to cut.

I will admit I cut out a bit more than I needed to so either get a moisture meter and map it out, or find the worst area and just make cuts out from that.
